Some visitors share concerns about the somewhat limited disabled access in certain areas of the bar, which can be a hindrance for wheelchair users. Additionally, during peak times, particularly on Saturday nights when the bar reaches capacity, some guests find the noise levels overwhelming, especially during DJ events. A few reviews note occasional lapses in service speed during busy hours, but these are often overshadowed by the overall positive experience. It's advisable to visit on less busy days or during off-peak hours for a more relaxed encounter. This feedback highlights areas for improvement, which the management is likely to consider as they continue to enhance patrons' experiences.
Came here for the 1st time today with my husband, mum and gran. If I could rate it more than 5 star I would, food was delicious and very well presented, portion size was large and choice on menu was great. Atmosphere was lovely and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Amazing value for money, will be back soon 😊
Attended a 50 Birthday Party here. The function suit is on the small side, but suitable for purpose. The only downside to the evening was the DJ played the music too loudly. This is, of course, not the fault of the pub. A good selection of beers.
Great to be back at the Weavers. Food here is always excellent and the staff always efficient and friendly. Somewhat lacking in disabled access though. Banoffee Shortcake was yummy. See pic.
I had fish and chips with side salad for main course and crunchy toffee sundae for sweet. The fish was really big and the batter was crispy and not greasy. The waitress was friendly and made you feel at home. I don't normally have a sweet but was tempted and wasn't disappointed, it was delicious. I left the premises full after having the best meal out for a long time. I would definitely recommend you try a meal here.
